All the properties are furnished and equipped to a high standard. We have tried to provide everything you may need to have a successful holiday experience at the properties. All prices are fully inclusive, no hidden extras - Gas and Electricity provided. Bedding Linens freshly laundered with all beds made up for your arrival. Lots of fluffy towels - can be replaced mid week by request. Complimentary transport from train, but or plane if required.

A £100.00 Damages Deposit per family must be paid in advance of your holiday to cover any damage to the property or contents and also covers any cleaning required on your departure. When the property is left in the same clean, tidy and undamaged condition in which you receive it on arrival the Deposit is refunded in full the Monday after your departure. When non related adults are sharing a property a Damages Deposit of £100.00 per adult is required and again will be refunded in full when the property is returned as found. Note: All damages will be deducted from the deposit but we accept small accidents will happen and ask that you let us know before you leave if there have been any problems. We do not deduct for genuine mishaps but will charge additional cleaning fees when a property has not been cleaned before departure. Any parties discovered to have been smoking in any of the properties will be asked to leave without compensation, it is against the law to smoke in any of the properties and we need to bring this to the attention of any persons booking the properties.
